Crystal aluminum chloride （ALCL3·6H2O）
Appearance and feature: It is a kind of colorless
and light yellow square crystal, a little hydrochloric
taste. Easy to be deliquesced in air, so should pack it
well when transport and use it.

Main purposes: may be used as the hardener
of mold foundry instead of ammonium chloride in the precision
foundry, has these good features of quality stableness,
high-intension case, operation convenience, work condition
improvement, good economic efficiency and so on, and is
also used as flocculant, water cleanser, oilfield emulsion,
papermaking precipitator.

Packing: use two polythene bags and add
a plastic bag to pack. Net weight 40kg per bag.
Usage: adopt crystal aluminium chloridize
as the hardener of mold foundry, and must confect the
hardening liquid first.

Add 50 kg aluminium chloridize into each 100kg
water to confect the hardening liquid, here its thickness
is 33%. It will let out the heat when dissolve, so needless
to raise the temperature, to avoid too high thickness
to influence the dissolving speed, should constantly stir
the solution when dissolve, which can make the solution
even and completely dissolved. The content of aluminium
chloridize will get reduced little by little in the use
course, and the basification degree and PH value will
rise, and the viscosity also will add, at this time should
add some crystal aluminium chloridize to adjust the content
of hardening liquid AL2O3,
and when PH value is more than 1.7, add some industrial
muriatic acid suitably.

The baking temperature should be controlled in 900~950℃,
and may take it out to infuse after heat preservation
for 1 hour (this technics only for reference). |
